1. Controller Identity
Sky Centre Ltd. („СКАЙ ЦЕНТЪР" ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 204284087, with registered office at 97 Aleksandrovska St., entrance B, 7000 Ruse, Bulgaria ("we", "us", "our"), is the controller of personal data processed through this website.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Contact form submissions — first name, last name, email address, organisation (optional) and message content.
- Account registration — email address and password (stored only in hashed form), for people who create an account via the registration page. Accounts are reviewed and activated by Sky Centre.
- Technical data — IP address and user-agent string, used exclusively for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
- Preference cookies — locale (
sky_locale) and cookie-consent choice (sky_cookie_consent).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Responding to contact enquiries — our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You may object at any time (see section 6); we do not rely on consent for this.
- Reviewing account requests and operating the signed-in area — steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in controlling access to it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Protecting the service from abuse (rate-limiting, audit logs) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Storing consent and preference cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or legitimate interest for strictly-necessary cookies.
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include health or other sensitive information in your messages.
4. Recipients and Processors
We rely on the following sub-processors, each bound by appropriate contractual safeguards:
- Google Cloud / Firebase (EU region) — hosting, authentication and database.
- Google (Gmail) — outbound transactional email notifications.
We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except where the sub-processor relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
- Contact messages — retained up to 18 months from receipt unless they become part of an active engagement.
- Rate-limit records — automatically purged within 24 hours.
- Accounts and account requests — retained for the lifetime of the account; deleted on request or after 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you may request access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise any right, email info@sky-centre.eu. We will respond within one month.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
